Established by The Community Foundation of Boulder County in 1997, the NOVA Awards honor innovation in programming or operational excellence within the Boulder County non-profit sector.

Scott Metcalf Award

2007 Outstanding New Project

The Scott Metcalf Award was established by the Lakewood Foothills Rotary Club to recognize the outstanding club project for the year. It honors the memory of Scott Metcalf, Sr., Past District Governor of District 5450 and former member of the Lakewood Foothills Club who best depicted Rotary’s motto “Service Above Self”.
