Impact on Education relies on the support of community partners who, like us, believe in the potential of all students and understand the importance of strong schools to a strong local economy. We rely on these partnerships to help us engage students and empower educators across the Boulder Valley School District. Impact on Education is actively seeking funding to facilitate hiring four additional Mental Health Advocates to be deployed in the BVSD schools most impacted by the Marshall Fire.
This month we placed over $50,000 of assistance into the hands of community liaisons, those who work most closely with BVSD students and families in financial need.
The outpouring of support from the community is uplifting to see, and we’re incredibly grateful to the 800 donors that helped us raise $500,000. The funds will directly support the immediate needs, long-term recovery, and mental health of BVSD students and staff.
